Sunday Revision...

Week 1:    1.2 kg lost---2.65 pounds lost
Week 2:    0.2 kg lost ----0.44 pounds lost
Week 3:    0.2 kg gained------0.44 pounds gained
Week 4:    0.3 kg lost (sunday)-----0.66 pounds lost 
Total for the month: 1.50 kg.----3.31 pounds

I really need to change my strategy. Here is the graph of my weight measures every week  (last four points show these four weeks).

Next week I will start Aikido, maybe it will help. They say that while trying to lose weight, doing different kinds of sports will help you lose weight faster than doing the same thing all the time.
