Mikoto was discovered as a Level 1 Electromaster, espers with the ability to generate and control electricity, when she was still a young girl. She enrolled in Academy City to train herself, working very hard until she was ranked a Level 5, becoming the third strongest among seven in this rank. Her ability to shoot projectiles such as coins at high, destructive speeds earned her the nickname, “The Railgun”.

Ruiko Saten is a student level 0 and friend of kazari, this Ruiko Saten cosplay I got from himeluphcosplay.blogspot.com and Chamaro really looks very nice with this Ruiko Saten school uniform, Chamaro manage to create a very beautiful and also cute Ruiko Satencan Cosplay, i love this Ruiko Saten Cosplay pictures, Chamaro look very fit with Ruiko Saten Cosplay and she were very fit with the existing Ruiko in my imagination ^^.

Well...at first i was bit confused about differences between the Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, i tought thats was same anime, and finally i found out, Toaru Majutsu no Index is a light novel adaptation from the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. Ruiko Saten likes to read up on urban legends, most of which turn out to be true. Despite her cheeky personality, inside she is a bit disheartened about having no psychic potential. When rumors of a special tool that increases psychic powers called the "Level Upper" spread, she stumbles upon it by chance and uses it out of envy, consequently winding up in a coma. this is very cute Ruiko Saten Cosplay! good job!
