- Sleeping a few more minutes vs doing pilates in the morning (practiced for 2 weeks)
- Doing nothing on the bus vs. reading a boring book (practiced for 1 month)
- Having a large-portion-lunch with lots of protein vs. having a decent vegetable dish (practiced for 2 months)
Even they sound simple, trying to do it everyday changes your life style... that is why they are difficult to do. Today, I will have a nice cup of tea at the end of a long day, relax, and say "I have completed the things I planned to do today"!! That is why, I will endure! Now time to go back to work \^o^/ :P
